Crystal Growth (Pulling)

High-purity mono-crystalline ingots are produced using controlled crystal growth processes, ensuring uniform resistivity, low defect density, and stable mechanical properties.

Ingot shaping and chamfering are performed with precision equipment to optimize geometry for downstream slicing efficiency and mechanical stability
