Solar Production Technician

- Develop new products and liaise with clients to meet the needs of battery module factories in English-speaking countries. Fluent English is required for seamless communication with US technical personnel.
- Responsible for the development and continuous optimization of either monocrystalline silicon ingot pulling (CZ) or wafer slicing (diamond wire) (choose one).
- Discover, draft, and file overseas patents.
- Develop and maintain new products and processes.
- Analyze and study the mechanisms of abnormal material structures.
- Improve key performance indicators: Ingot pulling: dislocation rate, oxygen content, radial resistivity, minority carrier lifetime, crystallinity; Wafer slicing: TTV, warpage, edge chipping rate, microcrack rate, wire loss, yield.
